Hilary Winston is an American comedy writer, producer, and author who served as a Co-Executive Producer on "Community". She got her first big break on the NBC sitcom "My Name Is Earl" working on that show for its entire four year run. In May 2012, Sterling Publishing released a book she wrote entitled "My Boyfriend Wrote A Book About Me". The book has already been optioned for a movie with "Saturday Night Live" creator Lorne Michaels set to produce it. She recently signed a new deal with Sony Pictures Television for another two years with the company. Besides her work on "Community", she also is an Executive Producer on the ABC's sitcom "Happy Endings". Winston wrote and shot a pilot for a new show called "Happy Valley" for NBC starring Mena Suvari and Kyle Howard, but it was not picked for the 2012-2013 season.
