At the start of the study group's second year at Greendale Community College, Jeff and Britta were . At the time they were competing in a "love" competition due to unexpected fall out from the previous semesters Tranny Dance. Abed was unaware of this and hoped to to facilitate the "romance" by organizing a surprise wedding. He was assisted by Leonard, The Greendale Gooffaws and an Irish singer he hired who sang a revised version of the "The Cranberries" hit song "Linger". The song was first heard in the Season Two episode "Anthropology 101." |
