Professor Noel Cornwallis is a professor recently hired by Greendale to teach Eastern European History. A former professor at Oxford, he lost his position due to a scandal involving him and a coed. His first appearance was in the Season Four episode "Alternative History of the German Invasion". He is portrayed by actor Malcolm McDowell.

In "Intro to Felt Surrogacy" it was revealed that Annie offered to let Cornwalis rub her feet in exchange for better history grades.
