Juergen, Karl, Lukas and Reinhold were members of a clique of German students attending Greendale.

Juergen, Karl and Lukas first appeared as a trio of avid foosball players. They hogged the foosball table in the student lounge, which would annoy their fellow students with their arrogant attitudes and rowdy gameplay. Jeff decided to try and put an end to their obnoxious antics and eventually convinced Shirley into helping him. Their first appearance was in the Season Three episode "Foosball and Nocturnal Vigilantism". They were portrayed by Nick Kroll as Juergen, Alex Schemmer as Karl and Alex Klien as Lukas.

Chris Diamantopoulos portrayed Juergen's brother, Reinhold, who lead the clique in his place in Season Four's "Alternative History of the German Invasion".

Comic Con 2012, Megan Ganz stated that the Germans will be making a return appearance in Season Four.
